50% of stay is required once a date is decided in order for a villa to be held.

LONG TERM RENTALS (monthly rates):
A discount of 50% is offered on summer rates and 25% on winter rates.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are NON-REFUNDABLE. Winter cancellations are generally NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another stay availability permitting.

Deposits for monthy rentals:

Misc. deposit (utility, damage, cleaning) required upon arrival - $750/1 bedroom, $1,000/2 bedroom, $1,250/3 bedroom, $1500/4 bedroom, $1750/5 bedroom etc. Deposit is held and any unused portion is refunded after your departure.
